About Us
The GGHBS was formed in 1965 by a bunch of people who loved to dig and/or collect antique bottles.
They realized that the hobby needed an educational and social outlet for those of us who have been "bitten" by the bug.
In 1966 we started putting on a bottle show and each year, though the times have changed, we have always tried to make it better.
We've always been a Bay Area club, from our early existence in Alameda, CA to our current meeting location in Pleasant Hill, CA.
